Under the direction of Pearl Shankuan, the volunteers of the Grand Rapids Symphony Chorus meet for weekly rehearsals and appear on stage with the orchestra regularly each season. Auditions are required and held several times per year.
Symphony with Soul, the Grand Rapids Symphony's annual celebration of diversity through music, has been enhanced by the Grand Rapids Community Gospel Chorus under the direction of Duane Davis.
