Student/Educator Groups*
Introducing Student and Educator pricing! For groups of 10 or more, tickets are $12 for students and educators. With a reservation of 20 or more the group leader’s ticket is included free of charge. Any non-student/educator chaperones will receive a 10% or 20% discount accordingly.
Group Rate for Special Event Concerts
Groups of 30 or more receive a 10% discount in sections 2, 3 & 4 of the orchestra and mezzanine.

How can I pay?
Make your payment by check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of 20% of your total order is needed to hold your seats if the concert is more than one month out. If the concert is less than one month out, then the full amount is due at the time of reservation
When is the final payment due?
Payment is due one month prior.
Can I change my order?
- Yes. Group orders may be adjusted until the time of final payment, though seating is subject to availability. Once the final payment has been made, adjustments and exchanges are not permitted. However, additional tickets can be purchased after the final order is made. Tickets may not be available at the same price or seating location. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- The GRS reserves the right to release any tickets that have not been paid in full 30 days prior to the outing.
Can my group sit together?
We will make every effort to seat all members of your group together. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. Make your reservations early for the best seating availability and options.
When will I receive the tickets?
After the final payment has been made, your tickets will be mailed to you.
What about handling fees?
There is a one-time $18 charge for the entire order.
Can I receive the group rate on already discounted tickets?
No. The group rate is only valid on full-priced tickets.
Is there parking for buses?
For DeVos Performance Hall concerts buses may drop off patrons in front of DeVos Hall and park along Scribner Ave., NW during the concert.
Concerts sell out in advance and all tickets, events, and services are subject to availability. No refunds. No exchanges. All sales are final.
