The Grand Rapids Symphony’s highest priority is to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every member of our Grand Rapids Symphony family and West Michigan community. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), we are implementing actions intended to slow the spread of the virus and protect the health of our communities. We recognize that these actions continue to be disruptive to our mission, but ensuring public health and safety by limiting potential exposure to the virus and creating social distancing is our focus at this extraordinary time.

Effective March 27, ALL CONCERTS THROUGH MAY 10 ARE CANCELLED.

      March 27-28 | Beethoven’s Five Piano Concerto’s (DeVos Performance Hall)
      March 28 | Beatrix Potter's Tale of Peter Rabbit (Calvin University)
      April 3 | Mozart & Haydn (10 AM & 8 PM at St. Cecilia Music Center) 
      April 4 | Rhythm in your Rubbish (Forest Hills Fine Arts Center)
      April 17-18 | Concerto – For Orchestra! (DeVos Performance Hall)
      April 19 | The Pianist with Orli Shaham (DeVos Performance Hall)
      May 8-10 | REVOLUTION: The Music of the Beatles (DeVos Hall)

TICKET POLICY FOR CANCELLED CONCERTS:
• We encourage you to exchange your cancelled tickets for an upcoming concert through May 2021, including our 2020 summer concerts. We will exchange your tickets based on comparable value and availability. Please mail your exchange requests and cancelled concert tickets to:

All requests will be handled in the order received.


Credit your account, get a Gift Certificate good to an upcoming performance through May 2021. Please mail your tickets to the above address and indicate you'd like a gift certificate. 

Donate your ticket. By donating the value of your unused tickets, you are providing vital support for the music and musicians that inspire and connection our community. Please consider donating your tickets back to the Symphony and receive a tax donation receipt.

Request a Refund for the value of the cancelled concert ticket(s). Mail your concert tickets with a note requesting a refund to:

GRS ADMINISTRATIVE AND BOX OFFICE CLOSURE:
Grand Rapids Symphony staff are working remotely while the physical office is closed indefinitely. We encourage you to mail tickets@grsymphony.org with questions and requests for the quickest response. We have limited ability to answer ticket inquires and requests by phone at this time and appreciate your patience in these circumstances. To purchase concert tickets, please buy online at www.GRSymphony.org.
