How to Renew
Your personalized renewal order form should arrive by mail each Spring.
Complete your personalized order form and return it with your check or AMEX/VISA/MC payment. If you have questions or seating requests, call Ticket Services at 616/454-9451, Ext. 4, and a representative will be happy to assist you. For your convenience, our Sales team is available from 5 - 9 PM, Monday - Friday, and each Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM, at 616/885-1241.
If you missed the renewal deadline, feel free to still renew at any time during the season by calling either number listed above.
Renewal Deadline
The Early Renewal Deadline for the 2013-14 Main Season is April 11, 2013. Renew by this deadline to receive a free CD as well as help your Symphony save money on printing and mailing costs.
The final renewal deadline to keep your seats is May 3, 2013.
When Tickets are Mailed
D&W Fresh Market Picnic Pops tickets will be mailed after June 15.
Tickets for the 2013-14 season will be mailed in August.
