Rain Policy
Rain Policy and Exchange:
The Symphony plays rain or shine. Concerts are canceled only in the case of threatening weather. Concerts will be deemed complete if performed up to intermission. If a concert is canceled due to weather prior to intermission, hold on to your ticket or ticket stub. The value of your ticket for the canceled concert will be applicable toward the purchase of another 2008 Chase Picnic Pops concert (excluding Special Event) or a ticket to a Grand Rapids Symphony concert between October 3, 2008 and April 17, 2009 (excluding Special Events, Pops, SymphonicBoom, and Family Series events, and other select concerts). All tickets subject to availability.All rain exchanges must be conducted through the Grand Rapids Symphony office, 300 Ottawa Ave. N.W., Suite 100, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Seating subject to availability.
