July 22 RAIN EXCHANGE

July 22, Motown’s Greatest Hits | RAIN EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

This past summer made history, not only with its strong attendance for the D&W Fresh Market Picnic Pops, but also because it included a cancellation of a concert due to weather. Thank you for your support as we navigate this territory of ticket exchange.

If you were among the 520 patrons who exchanged your July 22 ticket for the July 23 performance, we hope your concert experience was an enjoyable one!

For those of you who still hold tickets or ticket stubs for the July 22 concert, please note the value of those tickets can be applied towards the following:

1. The purchase of individual tickets to nearly 50 performances during our 2010-11 Season, listed on the back of this letter.
2. The purchase of a 2010-11 season ticket package (select main season series).
3. A tax deductible contribution.

You'll find below the concerts for which your rain exchange value can be used. You’ll also find step-by-step procedures for exchanging your tickets. Please note that your ticket value credit is good for new purchases made now through November 30, 2010.

Thank you for your continued support of the Grand Rapids Symphony. We look forward to seeing you at a concert during this exciting 81st Season.

If you have any further questions regarding ticket exchange, please call a Ticket Services Representative at 616/454-9451, Ext. 4, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
